We provide professional assistance with business registrations and statutory filings in India. The exact deliverables are those listed in the package you select and confirmed in writing before work begins. Anything not listed is out of scope until agreed separately.
Prices shown on this website are professional fees. Government and statutory fees, stamp duty, DSC token cost, notarisation and similar third-party charges are payable in addition and are billed at actuals. Where the statutory amount depends on facts we do not yet have (state of registration, authorised capital, applicant category), it is shown as payable "on confirmation" and quoted before we proceed.
Turnaround times published on this site are typical durations based on our experience, not commitments. Actual timelines depend on the completeness of documents you provide and on the processing speed and queries of the concerned authority, neither of which we control.
