What we collect

  • Contact details you submit in an enquiry form: name, mobile number, email address and city.
  • The service and business details you tell us about so we can quote accurately.
  • KYC and statutory documents you share for a filing (for example PAN, Aadhaar, address proof), only where the filing requires them.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends (IP address, device and browser type) and anonymous usage events used to improve the site.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out the engagement you appoint us for, file applications with the relevant authority, and meet our own record-keeping obligations under Indian law. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

  • Government portals and authorities to which your application is submitted (for example MCA, GSTN, IP India, FSSAI, DGFT).
  • The professionals assigned to your engagement.
  • Service providers who host this website, deliver our email, or process payments — limited to what they need to provide that service.

Cookies and analytics

We use functional storage in your browser to remember your progress in the enquiry form and to record anonymous interaction events (for example which call-to-action was clicked). We do not use these to identify you personally.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry data is kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as we may need it to answer questions about the engagement. Filing records are retained for the period required by the applicable statute. You can ask us to delete data that we are not legally required to keep.
