How long does Pvt Ltd registration take in India?

On average 7–10 working days from the date of DSC issuance, assuming documents are in order and the proposed name is approved on the first attempt.

What is the minimum capital required?

There is no minimum paid-up capital requirement under the Companies Act, 2013. You can start with any amount, even ₹1,000.

How many directors and shareholders are needed?

A Private Limited Company requires a minimum of 2 directors and 2 shareholders. The same individuals can hold both roles. Maximum 200 shareholders.

Do I need a commercial office to register?

No. You can use a residential address as the registered office, provided you have a rent agreement or utility bill and a No Objection Certificate from the owner.

What if my proposed company name gets rejected?

Are government fees included in the price?
